Anne Kunhardt M.A.

Anne Kunhardt was a research assistant at the IGdJ between March 2024 and January 2025, during which time she stood in for Carmen Bisotti as project manager of the Geschichtomat. She studied history and ancient Hebrew studies at the University of Hamburg. In both her bachelor’s and master’s theses, she examined contemporary aspects of Jewish history in Germany – the Jewish perspective on the 2012 circumcision debate and the representation of Jewish life, using Bornplatz in Hamburg as a case study. Anne Kunhardt also works for the Jüdischer Salon am Grindel e.V.
