The Institute for the History of the German Jews regards the realization of equal opportunities as a central task in all areas of its work. The Institute’s profile in the field of equality, as well as the measures for the sustainable promotion of gender equality and diversity, are set out in the adopted gender equality plan (GEP) 2026–2029.
